The Procraft DWA810.240 nylon sanding roller is designed for fine sanding of wooden furniture and finishing of profiled surfaces. Designed with abrasive nylon brushes, it allows for efficient deburring, surface uniformity and machining of concave and convex shapes without excessive material removal. The 80 × 100 mm roller size and P240 grit size ensure fine and controlled removal, particularly suitable for finishing and surface preparation prior to finishing. The roller is designed for use with the Procraft BM100A cordless cylindrical (satin) sander (without battery and charger).

The design of the abrasive nylon brush: allows even rough and rounded surfaces to be worked evenly without damaging the structure of the material.

Grit P240: fine grit suitable for finishing, removing minor irregularities and surface preparation before finishing.

Size 80x100 mm: optimum working area for efficient machining of larger flat surfaces and profiled parts while maintaining good tool control.

Clamping diameter max. 19 mm: compatible with Procraft BM100A cordless cylindrical (satin finish) grinder. Ensures firm and stable clamping of the roller during work.

Maximum working speed 4000 min-¹: designed to work safely at higher speeds without sacrificing stability and machining efficiency.
