The PNI CT25PE is a flush-mounted Wi-Fi thermostat that monitors room temperature and switches an electric underfloor heating system, a circulation pump or a solenoid valve on and off accordingly. Settings can be changed on the display or from the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app, from anywhere with an internet connection.
The control source is selectable: the built-in air sensor, the external floor sensor, or both together. The floor sensor on its cable is included in the box. The display shows the room temperature; the floor reading is available in the additional settings menu.
Each day can be split into four time periods, or you can choose manual mode, where the thermostat tries to hold the set temperature around the clock. When the property is empty for a few days, an eco setting with an anti-freeze threshold keeps the temperature from dropping too low.
Installation and compatibility
The thermostat runs on 230 V AC and switches loads up to 16 A. It is intended for electric underfloor heating, pumps and solenoid valves. The Wi-Fi module works on the 2.4 GHz band. Connection to the mains should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
