Wireless thermostat, measuring step 0.1°C

The PNI CT62 wireless thermostat is very accurate in measuring temperature, displaying the temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The temperature can be set with adjustable precision between 0.1°C and 0.5°C.

The thermostat has 3 operating modes: Scheduled, Manual and Vacation (anti-freeze). In scheduled mode, 4 operating periods can be set for each day of the week.

Appointment by days

For each day of the week you can set a maximum of 4 time periods, each with its own temperature limit. Thus, you can have different schedules every day, depending on the time of departure or arrival home.

Example of 4 time periods in a day:
00:00 - 21 degrees
06:00 - 22 degrees
08:00 - 21 degrees
17:00 - 22 degrees

Parameter setting menu

The advanced settings menu allows you to set parameters for different functions: Temperature setting step, Temperature sensor calibration, Hysteresis, anti-freeze temperature, child protection function, open window function, reset, etc.

Key lock function

If the child protection function has been activated from the advanced settings, the thermostat keys will lock as soon as the screen backlight turns off, to prevent the temperature from changing involuntarily.

Anti-freeze function

With the anti-freeze function, you can leave the control panel at the expense of the PNI CT62 smart thermostat. From the advanced settings menu, set a temperature level between 3°C and 10°C, the temperature that will be maintained throughout the period when you are away from home.

Open Window Function (OWD)

If the OWD function has been activated from the advanced settings, the thermostat will turn off the heating if the temperature in the room drops suddenly (adjustable level). This sudden drop in temperature happens when a window or door is opened while the boiler is operating. The dedicated open window icon appears on the screen. The device will return to its original operating mode after 30 minutes.    

Mating

The two units, transmitter and receiver, communicate wirelessly, through radio waves, while the receiver connects by wire to the central heating system. Since the product must be connected to a 230V power supply and heating equipment, installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel. The two units come paired from the factory.
