The PNI PSF6020A is a 60 W solar panel with a 20 Ah battery that powers a 12 V security camera in places without mains electricity. The built-in battery can keep a camera running for up to 60 hours, so you are not left without power the moment the sun goes in. The camera is not included.
The monocrystalline panel charges the battery quickly. A LED on the metal bracket shows the charge level: it flashes red when the charge falls below 25% and stays green when the battery is full.
The kit includes a multifunctional bracket that can be fixed to a wall or a tall pole, and a camera support with several types of mounting so that it fits as many camera models as possible.
Installation and positioning
Place the panel where it gets as much sun as possible and face it south or south-west. The tilt and direction are set on the bracket. The dimensions are 355 x 530 x 200 mm and the weight about 5.8 kg. The operating temperature is -26 to +80 degrees C.
The output is 12 V / 4 A, so check that the power draw of the camera is within what the battery can supply.
