The PNI SmartHome SM441R is a 230 V plug-in socket through which you can switch a light or a small appliance on and off remotely. It can also smoothly change the light intensity, and it can act as a signal repeater that extends the range of radio devices.
Important: it works only in the PNI SmartHome SM400 system. It talks to the central unit by 433 MHz radio (range up to 100 m) and is controlled with the PNI Smart Home app for Android and iOS. It does not connect through a home router like a Wi-Fi socket.
The maximum load is 200 W and the minimum 7 W. The timer can be set up to 30 minutes, either with the SET button on the socket or in the app.
Signal repeater
If part of the house has weak signal, plug the socket in roughly halfway between the central unit and the receiver and turn the repeater function on. If there are no dead spots, it is recommended to switch the repeater off. When using several repeaters, set a different transmission delay on each to avoid conflicts.
