Battery tester FNIRSI HRM-10 - battery internal resistance meter. The FNIRSI HRM-10 is a portable tester for accurate measurement of battery voltage and resistance, with TFT display. Measurement accuracy is ensured by using the four-wire Kelvin method, which eliminates resistance of conductors and contacts. This gives more accurate results, especially when measuring over small ranges.
