Accessories for plastic containers
This category includes accessories for monitoring and managing fluid levels in plastic tanks, as well as components for sealing pipe connections and extending tank openings. Products include float valves with QUICKSTOP functionality for level control, inlet caps with ventilation, sealing sleeves for pipe integration, and threaded adapters for secure installation. These items are commonly used in rainwater harvesting systems, water storage tanks, and other applications requiring precise fluid level monitoring and durable tank fittings.
Items are designed for compatibility with IVAR.ELCUV-8500 and similar systems, and include options for various diameters and connection types. They support both internal and external integration with plastic tanks and are suitable for use in heating, plumbing, and irrigation systems.
How to choose
- Select float valves based on the required thread size (e.g., 1", 3/4", 5/4", 6/4") to match the tank inlet or outlet.
- Choose sealing sleeves or grommets according to the pipe diameter (e.g., 110mm, 125mm, 160mm) for a watertight connection.
- Ensure compatibility with the tank model and system type (e.g., rainwater filtration, level monitoring) when selecting filters or inlet caps.
Frequently asked questions
Can sealing sleeves be used with different pipe materials?
Sealing sleeves are designed for use with plastic tanks and are compatible with standard plastic and metal pipes, provided the diameters match.
What is the purpose of the QUICKSTOP function in float valves?
The QUICKSTOP function allows for rapid shut-off of the valve to prevent overflow or overfilling of the tank during maintenance or system failure.
