This angle-pattern ball valve routes the water line through a 90° turn while giving you a durable ceramic shut-off head instead of a standard rubber seal — a good pick wherever the valve gets opened and closed often, such as under a washbasin or behind a toilet cistern.

The connection is 1/2˝ (G1/2) on the supply side narrowing to 3/8˝ (G3/8) on the appliance side, with an overall body length of 79 mm, so it suits fixtures that use the smaller 3/8˝ flexible hose fitting.
