The indirect grill box set is used for grilling food outside of direct charcoal glow.
The indirect grilling method is used for bulkier dishes that take more time to prepare, such as whole chicken, ribs and more. Indirect grilling is gradual and does not cause unwanted burning of the food.
The boxes are placed in the grill in such a way that they do not directly bite the placed food. It is filled with already lit coals. When grilling, the heat is then better spread.
