BRA.11.000,FV,M - Flange filters
This category includes flange-mounted filters designed for use in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and water distribution systems. The filters are suitable for installation in closed-loop systems such as heating circuits, water supply lines, and pump stations. They are constructed from cast iron with a stainless steel mesh and EPDM sealing material, ensuring compatibility with glycol-based fluids up to 50% concentration. The filters are available in various nominal diameters from DN 50 to DN 350 and are intended for installation between PN 16 flanges in accordance with EN 1092-1 standards.
Each filter includes a strainer with a mesh size ranging from 0.8 to 1.6 mm and a drain screw for manual cleaning. The operating temperature range is from -10°C to +100°C, and the maximum pressure rating is 16 bar for DN 32 to DN 200, and 10 bar for DN 250 to DN 350. These filters are not suitable for steam, gases, or oil- or hydrocarbon-containing liquids.
