DRY CAR dehumidifying pads absorb unwanted moisture from the air, thereby protecting the interior of your car or home, your clothes and other belongings from mould, slowing down the corrosion of metal caused by high humidity and also serving as a visual accessory. DRY CAR pads contain 350 g of Silica gel drying beads, which take approximately 120 ml of water from the air and keep it in. Once the maximum capacity of the pad is reached, the blue indicator dot turns pink and the pad needs to be dried before further use. In just 30 minutes, the cushion can be easily dried in a kitchen oven set to a maximum of 70 - 80 °C and is then ready for use again. In addition to removing moisture in the car, the pad is also suitable for the caravan or the home, especially in wardrobes, kitchens, children's rooms, bathrooms, storage areas and other places where unwanted moisture builds up. Instructions for use:
- Remove the dehumidifying pad from the plastic packaging.
- Place it where the most moisture collects.
- Once the pad is full, the blue dot turns pink and needs to be allowed to dry before further use.
- Dry the pad on a radiator (within 24 hours) or in a preheated kitchen oven at 70-80 °C. Once the oven is sufficiently preheated, place the cushion in the oven for 30 minutes on a rack, baking tray or plate, with the indicator dot facing upwards.
- After drying, the pad can be used again.
