Hatchery capacity by poultry species


Capacity with rotary grate: 49 hen, 196 quail, 49 goose, 49 duck or 49 pheasant eggs.


Egg turning system 

The gutter offers the possibilitysemi-automatic rotation of eggs with the help of a leverwhich, with a movement of the hand, rotates the eggs placed in the rotating grid according to your options,ideally at regular intervals - at least in the morning and evening. Rotating grateis equipped with unique presses appropriatefor all egg sizes of waterfowl and poultry. If necessary, it is also at the hatcherypossible to turn the eggs manually (manually) namelywhen pulling the lever and removing the rotary grate from the hatcheryand placing the eggs directly on the grid - hatching base.The standard is thisgrid used only for the last 2-3 days of incubationwhen the eggs are removed from the rotating grid and placed on this grid, where they are no longer rotated, so that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.

Temperature setting and control

The temperature can be adjusted and possibly further regulatein the range from 30 to 40° C with an accuracy of 0.1°C perusing the control panel of the electronic control unit see picture below. Panelis equipped with a digital display with temperature display andcontrol buttons for the necessary hatchery setup.

Humidity adjustment and control

Humidity is controlled manually zahelp manualrefilling water into outdooropenings, which drain this water into the canal-tanks placed under the hatching base (plastic grid) in the bottom cover of the hatcher.By evaporation tejtowater from the tanks is produced requiredhumidity in the hatchery =>45-55% with water in one tank and 60-65% with water in both tanks. Optimum temperature supplemented bywaters is movingaround 25-30° C (cold water is not recommended). For permanent control of the humidity level and automatic refilling of the hatchery with water, the SIRIO automatic humidifier can be added.
