Egg hatcher suitable for;hatching of waterfowl, with manual (by hand) by turning, capacity 60 hen eggs, possibility to add a rotating grate, with manual temperature control from 35 to 40 ° C, with manual humidity control, without a thermometer, without a hygrometer.

Included in the package is of course a Slovak manual, whichcontains useful hints, tips and tricks for successful hatching.Additionally if necessary provided by to our customers advice with vhodnýmchoosing a hatchery also with practicalhatching advice waterfowl and poultry. Hatchery capacity by poultry species

Capacity without turntable:  60 hen, 120 quail, 30 goose, 50 duck, 70 pheasant eggs.
*Capacity when purchasing the hen egg turntable:  41 hen eggs or 41 duck eggs.
*Capacity when buying a pheasant egg turntable: 41 pheasant eggs.
*Capacity with purchase of a quail egg turntable: 74 quail eggs.

Egg turning system 

The gutter offers the possibility manual rotation of eggswhere you move your hand to turn the eggs placed on the grid of the hatching base according to your possibilities;o 180°,  ideally at regular intervals - at least morning and evening. The last 2-3 days of incubation, the eggs are no longer rotatedso that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.

Temperature setting and control

The temperature can be adjusted and possibly further regulate in the range from 35 to 40°C zausing manual controllerat the electronic control unit. Currenttemperature value in the hatcheryis checked with an external thermometer, ktorýnot included. Panel is equipped withon the left side with rotary regulator for the necessary temperature adjustment in the hatchery.

Humidity adjustment and control

Humidity is controlled manually for help manualrefilling water into the water channels,which are located under the hatching base in the lower cover hatcheries. Optimum temperaturesupplemented by water is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). Initial watering is done before placing the hatching base and the rotating grate. Currenthumidity valuein the hatchery sa checked with an external hygrometer, which not included. During hatching, the water is topped up by removing the top lid, removing one egg and adding water to the canal directly through the bottom grid.

Egg rotation, both temperature and humidity are very important factors when incubating poultry and it is important to maintain the correct procedure and values, to make hatching successful! Further valuable advice that can help to achieve high hatchability can be found in the instructions.
