Hatchery capacity by poultry species

Capacity with rotisserie: 41 hen eggs or 41 duck eggs. (included)
*Capacity with the purchase of a pheasant egg turntable: 41 pheasant eggs.
*Capacity with purchase of a quail egg turntable: 74 quail eggs.
**Capacity without turntable: 60 hen, 120 quail, 30 goose, 50 duck or 70 pheasant eggs.

Egg turning system 

The gutter offers the possibility semi-automatic rotation of eggs with the help of a leverwhich, with a movement of the hand, rotates the eggs placed in the rotating grid according to your options, ideally at regular intervals - at least in the morning and evening. Rotating grid is equipped with foxes suitable for the size of hens or duck eggs. To be able to use semi-automatic turning also when hatching quail or pheasant eggsis to be purchased suitable rotating grate. If necessary (e.g. for goose eggs that do not fit the size of the press-turned grate) there is also a hatcher at the hatchery possible to turn the eggs manually (manually) and it when pulling the lever and removal of the turntable from the hatchery and placing the eggs directly on the grid - hatching base . The standard is Dad grid used only for the last 2-3 days of incubationwhen the egg is removed from the rotating grid and placed on this grid, where it is no longer rotated, so that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and thus successfully hatch into a fowl. 

Temperature setting and control

The temperature can be adjusted and possibly further regulate in the range from 35 to 40°C zausing manual controllerat the electronic control unit. Panel is equipped with a digital displaywith temperature and humidity display, and on the left side by a rotary regulator for the necessary temperature adjustment in the hatchery.

Humidity adjustment and control

Humidity is controlled manually for help manualrefilling water into water channels,which are located under the hatching base in the lower cover hatcheries. Optimum temperaturesupplemented by water is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). Initial watering is done before placing the hatching base and the rotating grate. Currenthumidity valuein the hatchery sa checks on the control panel display. During hatching, the water is left in by exposing the top lid, removing one egg and adding water to the canal directly through the bottom grid.

Egg rotation, temperature and humidity are very important factors when incubating poultry and it is important to maintain the correct procedure and values, to make hatching successful! Further valuable advice that can help to achieve high hatchability can be found in the instructions.
