Egg turning system
The gutter offers the possibilitymanual rotation of eggswhere you move your hand to rotate the eggs placed on the grid of the hatching base according to your possibilitieso 180°,ideally at regular intervals - at least in the morning and evening.The last 2-3 days of incubation, the eggs are no longer rotatedso that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.
Temperature setting and control
The temperature is set from the manufacturer to the optimum value for the hatching of waterfowl and poultry. The temperature in the room where the hatchery is located should be between 20-25°C Panelis equipped with a digital display with temperature and humidity indicator. The temperature can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit units.
Humidity adjustment and control
Humidity is controlled manually with the help of manualrefilling water into waterchannels, which are located under the hatching base in the lower coverhatcheries. Optimum temperature supplemented bywaters is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). Initial water pouring is done before placing the hatching base and swivel grate. Currenthumidity value in hatcheriesis checked on the control panel display see picture above. During hatching, water is left in by uncovering the top lid, removing one egg, and adding water to the canal directly through the bottom grill in the hatching base.
