Egg hatcher suitable for;hatching of waterfowl and poultry,  semi-automatic egg turning, capacity of 24 hen eggs, possibility of manual turning of eggs, with digital temperature control, from 30 to 40°C, with manual humidity control, with water supply tank, with a thermometer.

Hatchery capacity by poultry species

Capacity with rotary rack: 24 hen, 96 quail, 24 goose, 24 duck or 24 pheasant eggs.

Egg turning system

The glow offers the possibilitysemi-automatic rotation of the eggs using a lever, which rotates the eggs placed in the rotating grid by moving your hand according to your options,ideally at regular intervals - at least in the morning and evening. The watermelon grid isequipped with unique presses appropriatefor all egg sizes of aquatic and poultry eggs. If necessaryeggs can also be turned manually (manually)by pulling the lever and removing the hatching grid from the hatchery and placing the eggs directly on the hatchery grid. By default, the thisgrid used only during the last 2-3 days of incubation, when the eggs are removed from the turntable and placed on this grid, where they are no longer rotated, so that the embryo can best find its way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.

Temperature setting and control

The hatch is equipped with a modern control panel thatallows easy and precise temperature adjustment from 30 °C to 40 °C with an accuracy of 0.1 °C. Using the intuitive (+) and (-) buttons, you can easily adjust the temperature to suit the hatching needs of different egg types. The digital display gives youprovides an overview of the current temperatureallowing you to have complete control over the hatchery environment. This system providesideal conditions for hatching hen, quail and other eggswhich contributes to a high hatching success rate.

Humidity adjustment and control

The humidity in the hatchery is regulated by manually adding water to the outer holesthat lead water to the tanks located under the base (plastic grid) at the bottom of the hatchery. This water evaporates and creates the required humidity in the hatchery. With water in one tank, the humidity reaches 45-55 %, while with water in both tanks the humidity increases to 60-65 %. To achieve optimum resultsit is recommended to refill the water at a temperature of 25 - 30 °C, because cold water could disrupt conditions in the hatchery. This systemallows easy humidity control without opening the hatcherywhich helps maintain a stable microclimate for ideal hatching.
