The hammer crusher is delivered with mountedsieve with a diameter of 7mm and as a gift you will receive in additionthree additional sieves with size 1,5 - 2,5 - 5mm + key to change screens. The electric grinder is equipped with a storage50l barrel. Scrapper hopper

Funnel of the scrapper is funnel-shaped, ktorýautomatically helps to the fluent movement scrapped raw materials inside towards the knives, which grind the raw material to the required coarseness according to the selected sieve.

The electric scrapper is suitable for scrappingmaize, wheat, oats, rye, barley, rice, millet, beans, peas and other crops. Can also be used for scrapping malt for the production of beer or to process herbs and berries for the preparation of teas.

ATTENTION! - it is not designed for oilseed processing (it would clog the sieves).


Scrapper performance

Power scrapperdepends on the chosen coarseness of the sieve and moves in the range of 25 - 50 - 110 - 200kg/hr - the greater the coarseness, the higher the scrapping speed. Hammer scraperis supplied with fitted sieve with a diameter of 7mm aas a giftyou will receive in addition three additional sieves with size 1,5 - 2,5 - 5mm + key to change screens. You will therefore have a total of 4 sieves at your disposal.

Storage barrel for scrap metal

Once it'sraw material scrapped according to the selected sieveto the required coarseness,shall be forfeited to zásobníkovéhobarrel, ktorýhas a volume of 50l. After the scrapping is finishedpossible barelclose with lid with safety lock and in this barrel of raw materialretrieved from for as long as needed.
