The low-profile FireAngel FA6215 temperature detector is equipped with the latest thermistor sensor providing early warning to the user of impending danger when a sharp rise in temperature is detected in the monitored area. The temperature fire detector is used especially in areas where optical detectors cannot be used, i.e. in environments with high temperature, humidity and dustiness (kitchens, laundries, garages, attics, etc.). In case of fire detection, it alerts the user acoustically (built-in 85dB siren) and optically (LED indication) to the impending danger. Power is provided by a pair of AA alkaline batteries for up to 5 years, which are also included. In addition to thermal fire detection, the FireAngel FA6215 has a range of advanced features. The large test button is used both to check the functionality of the detector's internal circuitry, the integrated siren and the batteries, but also, as part of the Smart Silence function, to temporarily silence the detector in the event of an unwanted alarm, for example. The Sleep Easy function allows the alarm to be repeatedly silenced for up to 8 hours when the battery is running low. The red signalling LED and integrated 85dB siren allow you to warn of a possible malfunction or low battery in addition to fire detection. Designed in accordance with EN 5446-2:2003, the FireAngel FA6215 is approved for use in caravans and motorhomes.
