What are the benefits of grilling with the G21 Smoke Box?
The ingeniously designed stainless steel box with a lid is closed and placed between the burners of a gas grill, or on the grill grate of a charcoal or electric grill after filling with wood chips or wood chips.

When the lid of the grill is closed and the grill is heated up, the soaked wooden chips start to release smoke, which fills the grill space and gives the grilled meat, fish or other specialties a unique smoky aroma. The G21 smoke box is also great for smoking cheese, fruit and vegetables on the grill.

The G21 smoking box with lid is solid and stable even at high temperatures inside the grill. We have made it from stainless steel and fitted holes in the bottom wall and lid. Thanks to these vents, the smoke is released out of the box and fills the interior of the grill.

At 23 x 9 cm and 4 cm high, the G21 smoking box is compact and can be easily placed between the burners of a gas grill or on the grill grate of a charcoal or electric grill.

Keep the lid of the grill closed at all times when grilling with the smoker so that the smoke can circulate inside.

Tips for getting the most out of your G21 smoking box
To soak or not to soak? We recommend soaking the wood chips or wood chips before use so that smoke is produced and the chips do not burn. After soaking, wring the liquid out of the wood chips thoroughly, chips that are too wet and chips would just steam instead of smoking.

The taste of grilled meat or other delicacies and the smoky aroma should match each other. Make the most of the barbecue smoke box and put in wood chips from different types of wood depending on what you are grilling.
