Manual Thermostats are the simplest controls for boilers and other heating systems. Their basic feature is just setting the heating temperature and night temperature. They cannot be programmed for days when I want to heat and when I don't. And neither can the clock. They also have a use in water heaters, for example, they can maintain a constant temperature of the water in the boiler.
