The thermostat is used for wired control of heating equipment (e.g. gas and electric boilers, pumps) or cooling equipment. It is directly connected to the heat source. The thermostat works by maintaining comfortable room conditions according to a set schedule.

The user can choose the preferred temperature:

comfort temperature (day) and economy temperature (night).
