The MaxLink 10G SFP+ AOC cable, active is a fast and inexpensive solution for easy connection of two switch/router active network elements at 1G or 10Gbps without the need to purchase SFP/SFP+ modules or other accessories (e.g. optical patch cables). The AOC active optical patch cable comes with universal Cisco compatibility to ensure seamless use with most active element manufacturers. The AOC patch cable plugs directly into the SFP/SFP+ slot on the active element to instantly create a connection at speeds up to 10Gbps. The AOC link appears and behaves in the active element as a connection with conventional SFP/SFP+ modules. Length 2m, active design.
