MaxLink 25G SFP28 DAC cable, passive is a fast and inexpensive solution for easy connection of two network active switch/router elements at 1/10/25 Gbps without the need to purchase separate modules or other accessories (e.g. optical patch cables). Of course, multirate support is a must, i.e., in addition to SFP28 trunks, it will also be supported in both SFP and SFP+. The high quality twinax DAC cable comes with universal Cisco compatibility, which will ensure seamless use with most active element manufacturers. The DAC patch cable plugs directly into the SFP28 slot on the active element to instantly create a connection at speeds up to 25Gbps.
