The Ermenrich BBQ GT30 is your personal digital kitchen assistant. You can even cook on a hot grill with the lid fully closed without worry, as the thermometer uses Bluetooth technology to transmit data from the probe directly to your smartphone, whether it's an iPhone or Android. So you can relax with your family or guests while you prepare dinner. The ToGrill mobile app will alert you when your food is ready.

The handle of the probe is made of smooth ceramic, which remains cool to the touch. You can safely remove the probe from a hot grill without fear of burning yourself. In addition, the ceramic is very practical as it does not get grease on it, is easy to clean and retains its pristine appearance for many years. The probe itself is dust and water resistant to IP65 standard, so you can safely rinse it under running water if necessary. However, the main base unit must not be immersed in water as it will be damaged.

The device measures two temperatures simultaneously, including the internal food temperature from 0 °C to +100 °C and the cooking zone ambient temperature from +50 °C to +300 °C. Not only will you always know the exact doneness of your meat, but you can also monitor the performance of your stove or grill. To make sure the probe is always ready to use, insert it into the charging hole on the back of the base unit after cooking. The base unit itself is powered by 2 AA batteries.

The ToGrill mobile app includes preset programs for different types of meat, such as beef, pork, poultry, lamb and fish. Select the product type and desired doneness, set an alert and the thermometer will notify you that the food requires your attention. The app allows you to view a temperature graph, select browning indicators and customize settings. You don't have to constantly check your phone as all key indicators, such as the current and target temperature, are displayed on the easy-to-read LCD display of the base unit.
