The Wireless Wire Dish is a revolutionary new addition to the MikroTik range that will appeal to anyone making medium-length connections. The Wireless Wire Dish is a 60GHz ptp solution working with the 802.11ad standard, which in real operation allows throughput of up to 1000Mbps Full Duplex over distances of up to 1500m. As always, the RouterBoard is equipped with the very popular RouterOS operating system with L3 license. To upgrade the unit to an AP, only an L4 license needs to be purchased. Wireless Wire Dish has 1x Gigabit Ethernet with PoE support. The unit can be powered via both active (802.3af/at) and passive PoE with a range of 12 to 57V. The maximum power consumption of the device is only 5W! Legislation: Installation of the link must be carried out in accordance with the applicable general authorisation. The 60GHz band in which MikroTik Wireless Wire Dish operates precludes permanent outdoor installations.
