the wAP R is a small, outdoor access point with a miniPCI-e slot ready for an LTE card and a 2 to 4.5dBi GSM antenna for connection to a mobile operator. For connecting your home devices, the wAP has a 2.4GHz radio part supporting up to 300Mbps, a 2dBi omnidirectional antenna and for connecting desktop PCs it has 1x 10/100Mbps LAN port. thanks to its design and appearance, the wAP can be installed in your apartment, house, car or wherever you need connectivity for your mobile phones, tablets and computers. You also get a desk stand with the package for placing it preferably near a window. The device includes 2 internal GSM antennas with u.Fl connectors for connection to any LTE card. In terms of power supply, the unit supports a total of 3 power options using 9 to 30V DC namely via PoE, DC jack and a special 4-pin DC terminal block with disconnect protection, which is especially suitable for installation in cars, buses, trains or trams. This model, labeled RBwAPR-2nD, has only a pre-installed GSM antenna and a miniPCI-e card is required for a fully functional connection to 2G/3G/4G networks.
