Battery charger COMPASS 07160 12V 4Amp PB/GEL/AGM/LiFePO4
Fully automated microprocessor charger for 12V 1.2-120 Ah electrolyte-filled batteries (maintenance-free batteries, AGM, gel, but also lithium 12.8V LiFePO4 batteries and batteries used in vehicles with Start-Stop system). These are batteries used in cars, trucks, garden machinery, boats, mowers, tractors and other equipment. This charger can also be used to recharge traction batteries.

This charger also allows the charging of LiFePO4 lithium batteries, which stand out for their high reliability, safety and excellent price/performance ratio. Nowadays they are mainly used as a backup power supply for production plants, offices, IT infrastructure or household, as a battery to a photovoltaic power plant, as a deck battery on a boat, houseboat or caravan as a replacement for the original lead-acid one. They are also used as energy storage for island homes and in selected types of electric mobility.

Built-in electronics ensure safe charging when the charger is automatically switched to the optimal maintenance pulse mode when the battery reaches full charge, increasing the life of the connected battery.

The charger can also be used as an indicative battery charge tester.
