The refractometer with Brix scale is designed primarily for measuring the sugar content of fruit concentrates (juices, syrups, jams, condensed milk, etc.) in the range of 0 - 50%.

Instructions for use:

Measurement with the refractometer is very simple, it is enough to drop a drop of the substance to be measured on the slanted optical prism of the instrument, to tilt the cap of the prism (the substance spreads out), to look against the light into the eyepiece of the instrument, or to focus it, and on the appropriate scale in the field of view it is possible to immediately read off the value of the sugar content (%) according to the interface between the illumination interface. Large, easy-to-read scale for % sugar content (0 - 50 % Brix). Option to sharpen the scale. Use distilled water to calibrate and adjust to 0% with a screwdriver.
