One-component low viscosity liquid based on aqueous dispersion of styrene acrylate copolymer SOKRAT, forming after curing a transparent polymeric water-insoluble film. It reduces and unifies the absorbency of the substrate and increases the adhesion of subsequent coats. It is used for priming coatings under core and final plasters, facade and interior paintings. It is also used to increase the adhesion of construction adhesives, self-levelling compounds, etc. It is diluted 1:2 to 1:15 with water. Yield > 40 m2/kg (at 1:15 dilution).
