The PNI SV180 PRO is a smart valve that lets you shut off or open the water supply to a house or flat from your phone. It connects to a DN20 (3/4 inch) threaded water pipe, withstands pressures up to 1.0 MPa (10 bar) and handles a daily water volume of 0 to 5000 litres.
The main control is in the Tuya Smart app for Android and iOS over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. You can close and open the valve remotely, set the maximum permitted flow, schedule automatic opening and closing and monitor daily consumption. The device also measures water temperature and can open only partially. A button on the valve allows manual closing and opening.
The system sends a notification when the set flow rate is exceeded or when the power goes out. The valve works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
This package contains, besides the SV180 PRO valve, a PNI CHG300 charging adapter with USB-C and USB-A ports (up to 30 W combined) that you can use for a phone or tablet.
Installation and compatibility
The valve is installed on a DN20 (3/4") threaded water pipe. It is powered by a 100–240 V AC / 5 V DC, 2 A USB power supply and the cable is in the box. The Wi-Fi module works on the 2.4 GHz band only.
We recommend having the valve fitted by a plumber. It is a tool for limiting damage and does not replace checking the condition of the pipes.

Does it work without internet?
You can close and open it by hand with the button on the valve. Remote control and notifications require a Wi-Fi connection.
