Protective features:
- The DPS3005 offers three types of adjustable protection: OVP, OCP and OPP

OVP (Over Voltage Protection): surge protection
OCP (Over Current Protection): over current protection
OPP (Over Power Protection): over power protection
When the set values are exceeded, the power supply is automatically switched off. If the device is placed in a closed cabinet, sufficient ventilation must be provided to dissipate heat.

Display control and value setting:
The 1.44" colour display is controlled by four buttons and a rotary potentiometer. The main screen displays the desired voltage and current, the current voltage and current readings, and the total power consumption of the device. The current input voltage to the DPS3005 is shown at the bottom of the display.

Settings include configuration of basic output variables, display brightness and saving settings to a macro, up to 10 different configurations. M1 and M2 macros are quickly accessed directly from the main screen. The device also includes a lock function to prevent unwanted changes to settings.

Output voltage and current can be adjusted as required, while voltmeter and ammeter functions are available. The OVP, OCP and OPP protections are adjustable from the main interface with a short press of the SET button. Macros for quick recall of M1 and M2 settings are accessible from the main screen.
