20 mm pipe often supplies fixtures - taps, angle valves, small appliances - whose own connection ports are the smaller 1/2'' size. Wherever that same run also needs to change direction to reach the fixture, this elbow handles both jobs in one part: a 90° turn plus a step down to a 1/2'' female thread.

Like the rest of the Hydroland PEX range, the pipe side crimps on with a U-profile press jaw - no special tooling beyond a standard press tool. The female thread is a plain 1/2'' BSP port that accepts a male-threaded tap body, valve or nipple, sealed with tape at the joint. Nickel-plated brass provides lasting corrosion resistance, useful behind tiled walls or under a basin.
