Safety groups
Security insurance groups are essential components for ensuring safe operation of heating and plumbing systems. These pre-assembled units typically include a pressure gauge, safety valve, air vent and mounting console. They are used in central heating systems, hot water circuits and industrial applications where pressure monitoring and overpressure protection are critical.
Designed for PN 10 systems operating between 0°C and 110°C, these groups provide a complete solution for system safety. The safety valve opens at 3 bar excess pressure, while the pressure gauge has a 0–4 bar range. The group includes thermal insulation material and is constructed using brass CB753S components for durability and corrosion resistance.
How to choose
- Confirm the system pressure range matches the 0–4 bar gauge range of the group
- Verify the 1" connection size and thread type match your system piping
- Check compatibility with system temperatures up to 110°C
- Ensure the safety valve opening pressure of 3 bar aligns with your system's overpressure requirements
