Underneath the slot cover, the channel is stainless steel from end to end, with three adjustable feet that let an installer fine-tune the height before the screed sets. A removable trap sits inside, keeping sewer smells out while staying accessible for cleaning without lifting tiles or unscrewing anything.

Installation and compatibility: the channel is bedded into the screed before waterproofing, connected to the outlet pipe, and the floor is tiled with a gentle fall toward the slot on either side. The cover clips on once the tiling has fully cured, and it lifts off by hand for access to the trap.

Tip: for a step-free shower area, position the 600 mm channel along the widest side of the floor so the fall can be built evenly from both directions. Rinse the trap every 1-3 months to keep drainage at full speed.
