In addition to detecting smoke, it can also detect overheating, and thanks to its compatibility with the HUB hub, which can be purchased separately, you can connect the devices into a single system. A dedicated Meross app or Apple Home app allows you to control the sensors and receive alerts in an emergency.

Safety and reliability
The sensor meets the CE EN14604 standard, making it a completely safe tool for you and your family. The volume level is 85 dB, which will not cause hearing damage. Plus, if you have multiple alarms and only one of them detects smoke, the others will sound as well. You will also be alerted to the threat via the app.

Long operating time
You don't have to worry about the sensor draining quickly. The entire device only requires 2 AA batteries, which are readily available in case you need to replace them. All the sensor requires from you is a memory so you know when you last changed the batteries in it. 2 AA batteries are included in the kit.

Control and management
The device uses a dedicated app - Meross or Apple Home. Use them to control up to 16 devices, set triggers to control other Meross devices, or receive alerts in an emergency. The hardware is compatible with SmartThings and works with Apple HomeKit. You can also connect devices into a single system using the available HUB (not included), which allows you to connect 16 devices simultaneously. This gives you control and security over your entire home.

Overheating detection
