The Shelly 1 Gen4 Zigbee/Matter control unit is a compact rear control unit with potential-free contacts that allows you to remotely control a variety of electrical devices - either via your local network or the Internet. The device supports multiple communication protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Matter) so you can easily adapt it to your preferred home automation system. It can be integrated with popular platforms such as Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings. The controller will work well in residential, office, hotel and other installations.

Integration with any system
The Shelly 1 Gen4 controller supports four major wireless communication protocols: Zigbee (802.15.4), Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, and Matter. This allows you to choose which medium you want to use, depending on the capabilities of your installation and smart home ecosystem. The product also functions as a Zigbee repeater, which extends the range of the network. In case of a weak Wi-Fi signal, it can act as its repeater, increasing the stability of the connection.

Remote access and plans
The device can operate over both a local Wi-Fi network and the internet, allowing remote access regardless of the user's location. The built-in web interface allows configuration and control without the need to install additional applications. An advanced scheduling system provides the ability to define detailed scenarios taking into account the day of the week, the hour and even the second, which proves useful for automating lighting, ventilation or garden watering, among other things.
