Solarix licna cables are designed for the production of interconnection cables. Their flexibility is ensured by the fact that the individual conductors form a so-called cable, which is braided from seven thin copper wires with a diameter of 0.18 mm. The total conductor size of these Solarix cables is AWG 24. The cables are available in both shielded and unshielded versions. In the case of the FTP cable, the shielding is made with aluminium foil and the colour of the PVC jacket is grey. The unshielded Solarix cable is available in grey colour and also with PVC jacket. The licna cable is not suitable for horizontal cabling due to its characteristics (especially higher attenuation).
