The Solarix shielded patch cables in the Solarix 10G product line are highly reliable and high quality Category 6A components that are tailored to the increased transmission requirements of the 10GBaseT protocol. The patch cables are manufactured with a so-called molded protection, which ensures a firm fit of the connector to the protection and also reduces crosstalk values between individual pairs in the connector. This protection has a special thin design that ensures that these patch cables can be used in any patch panel or active element, even in high port density devices. The patch cables are manufactured using high quality connectors with 50 µ gold plated contacts. Patch cables are offered in lengths of 0.5m, 1m, 2m, 3m, 5m, 7m and 10m in grey. The advantage of these reliable Category 6A patch cables is the so-called double shielding, where each pair in the cable is individually shielded with aluminium foil and a braid is routed around all four pairs in the cable.
