The ZD-8917B high-performance multifunction (soldering / desoldering) station is developed and manufactured for research, production and repair of electronic products and is adapted for lead-free soldering and desoldering. This machine is used in electronic research, teaching and production, especially in the repair and rework of electronic devices and communication equipment. Thanks to its fast heat-up and high performance, this station is suitable for clean desoldering of all types of printed circuit components. Thanks to the cleverly designed structure, one-hand operation and high performance, solder can be easily removed (desoldered) from single or double-sided printed circuit boards. This desoldering station with extractor is used in electronic research, teaching and manufacturing, especially in the repair of electronic devices and communication equipment.

1) ZD-8917B control unit:This soldering station is automatically controlled by two microprocessors. Digital control electronics and high quality heat transfer system along with sensors in the prongs. The sensors are included in the feedback control circuitry of the electronics and ensure the highest degree of accuracy in temperature setting and maintenance.

2) Soldering iron (ZD415T)

The ZD-415T 48W soldering iron (up to 130W when heated) has a wide selection of soldering tips and can be used anywhere in the electronics industry. The high performance and slim design makes this soldering iron the ideal tool for fine soldering work. The heating element is made of PTC and the soldering tip sensor can thus quickly and accurately control the soldering temperature. The tips are interchangeable (N9 series).

3) Desoldering machine (ZD-553T)

The handle of the ZD-533T desoldering soldering iron with a power of 80W (up to 130W when heated) and can be used anywhere in the electronics field. The high performance and slim design makes this soldering iron the ideal tool for desoldering work. The heating element is made of PTC and the desoldering tip sensor can thus quickly and accurately control the desoldering temperature. N5-1, N5-2, N5-3 extraction tips supplied.
