Soldering pen TIPA ZD-20G USB 8W (rechargeable)
The small and compact ZD-20G USB soldering pen is cable-free and fully functional on power from an internal 18650 3.6V LiIon type battery, allowing for large discharge currents. The soldering pen can be charged wirelessly when removed to the stand. The stand includes a micro USB socket and with the included cable, which has a micro USB connector on one end and a USB connector on the other end, connect it to a 5V/8W power source (e.g. a laptop USB output, or a power source for charging a mobile phone). A red LED on the soldering pen indicates charging is in progress. When the battery is charged and charging is complete, the LED will turn green. When the pen is removed from the stand, the LED will stop illuminating. To start soldering, press the red button, the LED will turn on at the same time, when the button is released the LED will turn off and the solder will turn off. The tip fully heats up in 15 seconds and has little thermal inertia, so it cools down in less than 30 seconds.
It is also possible to charge the battery in another charger and not use the stand for charging. The soldering iron is suitable for a range of applications such as microelectronics, soldering small electronics in places where 230V/AC voltage is not available. Mobility and performance are the hallmarks of this soldering iron for universal use and quick soldering preparation.
