The SUNKKO 737G is a spot welder for spot welding of batteries into battery packs using nickel sticks. The station offers spot welding using welding electrodes located in the body of the station.The pressure required to close the contacts of the welder can be adjusted by means of a rotary regulator on the upper chassis of the station in the range of 200g to 700g. Welding can also be performed using the foot pedal included in the delivery. This prevents movement of the welding plate and battery. Welding can be done on plates with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2mm. When the accumulator with the required welding bead is placed against the tips of the spot welder and pushed up against the set force, the micro switch is activated and the spot welder produces two spot welds. Under the welding electrodes there is an LED light that illuminates the weld spot, which makes it possible to work even in low light conditions. The welder has welding current settings from 50A to 800A to achieve the optimum weld depending on the material being welded. In addition to the current, the number of pulses per weld can be set to 1 or 2. The input power of the battery welder is 2 - 25A from 230V mains.
