The RSS transmitter sends a signal to the TS4-F and TS4-A-2F units to keep the PV modules connected when they are on and supplying power. The TS4-F units will automatically switch to fast shutdown mode when the RSS transmitter is turned off. And they will resume power generation when the RSS transmitter power is restored. This solution complies with NEC 2014, 2017 and 2020 690.12 specifications for fast power-down using power line communication (PLC).
Available as a kit, DIN rail or PCBA for integration into inverters.
