The EAP650 is an EAP Access Point with Roaming that supports the latest 802.11ax MU-MIMO technology, easily achieving speeds up to 2402 + 574 Mbps for multiple devices simultaneously in a dual-band Wi-Fi network thanks to 2x2 MIMO on both radio parts. For high data throughput, the EAP is equipped with a single Gigabit LAN port supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds. For great coverage, the AP has a total of 4 built-in antennas of which 2 serve 2.4GHz radio and have a gain of 4dBi and the remaining 2 antennas take care of 5GHz and have a gain of 5dBi. Thanks to these features, the access point also has a higher power consumption of 13.5W and can be powered either directly via a 12V DC / 1A power adapter or via 802.3at PoE. A great new feature is the encryption of wireless traffic using WPA3.
