TL-FC111A-20 is a metallic optical WDM converter from RJ45 to optical SC connector. Its maximum throughput is 100Mbps FD, which is matched by the Ethernet port that can communicate with your device 10/100Mbps. The converter can be used up to a distance of 20km with a single-mode (9/125um) optical fiber terminated with a single SC connector. The wavelength is 1550/1310nm (Tx/Rx) and for proper functionality you need to have preferably the TL-FC111B-20 model on the opposite side, which has opposite Tx and Rx than this model.
