Truss pole, length 2m, pipe 48mm
Code: ABCT_529614Product detailed description
Truss masts are suitable for professional modular installation of transmitters. Another part can then be added in the future without much difficulty. The basis for installation is a wall bracket or base to be concreted. The individual masts are connected with 12pcs of 12mm diameter screws. The assembly should be finished with an extension which extends the whole assembly by an additional 1.5 or 2 metres at an affordable price. Both 42mm and 48mm pipe parts are compatible with each other. It is up to you which combination you choose. Height: 2m Width: 358x358x358 (mm) Standpipe diameter: 48x2 mm Floor plan: triangular Surface treatment: hot dipped zinc 80-120 micron on the outside and inside of the tubes Weight: 31.6 kg The hot-dip zinc coating on our truss poles and accessories is very thick. We use a technology where the inner sides of the tubes are galvanized as well. Permissible loads according to the static assessment: 2m structure - vertical 500 kg, horizontal 220 kg 2+2m structure - vertical 500 kg, horizontal 140 kg 2+2+2m structure - vertical 250 kg, horizontal 60 kg total height 8m - vertical 500 kg, horizontal 140 kg - anchoring force 3x5,5kN in 4 metres total height 10m - vertical 500 kg, horizontal 220 kg - anchoring force 3x5,5kN in 4 and 8m total height 12m - vertical 500 kg, horizontal 140 kg - anchoring force 3x5,5kN in 4 and 8m total height 14m - vertical 500 kg, horizontal 220 kg - anchoring force 3x5,5kN in 4, 8 and 12m - The permissible horizontal load is significantly increased by installing anchor cables. For anchoring, we recommend using a 3mm stainless steel wire rope, which has a strength of 5 kN, i.e. a load capacity of 500 kg.
