The unit has been designed for the best price/performance ratio in the 5GHz band. The worldwide license-free 5GHz band allows transmission speeds up to 150 Mbps and incredible range up to 30+ km. The LiteBeam M5-23 combines proprietary hardware and software technologies into an affordable device. Benefits include InnerFeed technology, AirMAX TDMA protocol and a 3-axis flexible mount with built-in spirit level allowing for very fast and correct deployment. The biggest advantage of any airMAX device, besides the high data rate due to the 802.11n standard, is the use of TDMA time division multiplexing. The TDMA airMAX protocol enables excellent scalability and high throughput while maintaining low latency in PtMP networks.
