The USP-Cable is a special DC power cable designed for the SmartPower power system from Ubiquiti Networks. This cable plugs in between the UniFi Switch and the UniFi SmartPower device (USP-RPS) from which it will take over power in the event the Switchy's built-in power adapter fails or a power outage occurs.
