The UT22B-EU is a simple voltage tester for everyday, easy to use use for electricians and DIYers to measure the presence of AC/DC voltage on 230V sockets, switches and electrical appliances. This voltage tester is IP54 rated against water and dust and is designed to withstand a drop from a height of 2 metres. The great thing about this product is that it requires no battery, its power supply is provided by the voltage being tested! The UT22B can distinguish the voltage magnitude from 12V to 400V (by the number of LEDs illuminated) and automatically distinguish between DC and AC voltage (illuminating the "+" or "-" indicators or both at the same time). Accuracy of voltage level indication: the corresponding LED is usually fully illuminated at approx. 70% to 100% of the indicated range, with the exception of the 12V AC/DC range, where it is already illuminated at 50% to 100% of the voltage value. The device complies with EN61326-1: 2013, EN61326-2-2: 2013, EN61243-3: 2014.
