UT513C 5kV Insulation Resistance Tester, is a digital high voltage insulation resistance tester, designed with several ranges including 250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V and 5000V. It is an ideal measuring instrument for electrical power, telecommunication, meteorology, machine room, oil field, electromechanical installation and maintenance departments of industrial and mining enterprises.
