The Victron Energy Lithium NG battery is a new generation of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) batteries with nominal voltages of 12.8 V, 25.6 V and 51.2 V. They can be connected in series, parallel or series-parallel to build a battery system for system voltages of 12 V, 24 V or 48 V. The maximum number of batteries in a single system is 50, and the maximum storage capacity can be 192 kWh for 12 V and up to 384 kWh for 24 V and 48 V systems. Use of an external BMS is required. BMS to be purchased separately. Monitoring and control of the battery system is via the VictronConnect app (each BMS model has Bluetooth), the GX Communication Center or the VRM Portal. You can view battery parameters such as cell status, cell voltage, battery current and temperatures in real time. The battery firmware is automatically updated via the BMS. Increased protection against dust and liquid ingress (IP) Lithium NG batteries are effectively sealed against dust and can withstand low-pressure water jets.
